Fundamental Food hygiene knowledge for all food handlers
Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering
In line with demand, Mid Sussex District Council, will be providing food hygiene training. The qualification previously known as the ‘CIEH Foundation Certificate in Food Hygiene’ has been updated and is now known as Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering.
The new course has been specially designed to address the food safety needs of the catering sector.
Qualification information
Designed for anyone working in catering where food is prepared, cooked or handled.
Course duration: One day programme
Assessment method: Multiple-choice examination
QCA Accredited
